She has a passion to deliver the best possible outcome for clients and participants through sound project management and collaborative relationships.

Vanessa Foderà


Since joining the Learning Republic team, Vanessa has been instrumental in the development and management of our suite of digital learning products including our Leadership, Sales and Real Coaching tools, videos and online learning modules. Vanessa works closely with our clients to support them in the use of our digital products, including participant induction, program communication and program reporting.

Justin O’Callaghan


Justin has a ‘Big 4’ consulting background and specialises in data: cleansing, analysis and insight development using insight analytics software.

He is able to turn large stores of data into predictive models that provide actionable business results, with an emphasis on behavioural models and financial metric development and reporting.
