His leadership roles require him to get people to collaborate more effectively and align to the overall aim of their business. He has worked with a wide range of stakeholders; customers, regulators, employees and partners to achieve effective results.

He is very passionate about the impact of what good leadership provides to the effectiveness of an organisation. It is a skill that continually needs to be invested in to keep it relevant and authentic.
