Josephine is a Holistic Executive Coach and Facilitator who helps leaders elevate themselves and their people so they can achieve their personal and professional goals without the overwhelm or self-doubt. She has worked for over 25 years both with and servicing blue-chip companies in senior Learning and Development consulting roles, Recruitment, Marketing and PR positions. Over this time she has refined her facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills to enable individuals to achieve their potential and performance expectations including career aspirations and optimal team effectiveness.

After consistently meeting senior executives who grappled with performance and identifying a meaningful career path, she developed a unique professional insight Methodology. This innovative approach blends the use of traditional Western Psychometric profiling with Eastern approaches to identify clients’ Authentic Purpose, Strengths, Needs and Career development opportunities. A process, which deeply impacts client confidence to drive results and work productivity by engaging their Innate Abilities. She is also an advocate of positive psychology and intertwines this approach into her work.
