With over 15 years as a facilitator she is known for her dynamic, practical and humorous speaking style and has extensive experience in creating and delivering programs which include Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring, Communication, Teamwork, Business Etiquette, Client Service, Presentation Skills, as well as helping develop Graduate and Cadet training for a Global Professional Services firm. More recently, designed and delivered emerging talent program for a world leading University to identify, develop and enhance future leaders as well as facilitate change management workshops after a significant restructure and merger

Kerry maintains a strong passion for future workforce skills and was an advisor to G08 universities and training associations on skills identification how to bridge the gap between university curriculum and workforce skills and assisted in creating curriculum for integrated work programs leading her recognised as one of the Leading Graduate Recruitment Advisors in Australia. As an active member of several professional Human Resource and Training associations, including AHRI, Kerry is also CAHRI certified.
