Tim Drinkall

HR, Learning and Organisational Development Professional and Facilitator with a proven ability to assess business needs through effective and collaborative consultation with stakeholders; implement strategic L&D / OD initiatives; report and measure value add and bottom-line commercial growth; and develop and grow staff and leaders throughout the team and business.

For over 20 years, Tim has held very senior HR/L&OD roles in the Energy, Telco, Government and Manufacturing industries, which has given him unique and firsthand experience into the expectations, development opportunities and capability improvements that ensure success for leaders. Tim uses his personal insights to coach and develop high performing leaders, teams and businesses.

Tim is a highly experienced coach with over 15 years executive and senior management coaching experience. His style of coaching is very much designed to demonstrate excellence, thereby coaching through doing, and using the tools and techniques that have been taught. This genuine use of the coaching tools and techniques is readily accepted and quickly embedded by individuals.

Further to his coaching capabilities, Tim is highly regarded for program development and facilitation, notably Tim and his team were awarded the HR Monthly ‘Best Leadership Program in Australia’ in 2016. Tim has developed and facilitated highly successful and award-winning coaching, sales, communication and leadership programs. He draws on his Board appointment, executive background and experience, organisational strategic development, and capability improvements techniques and tools across many organisations to create the content, experiences and activities within programs.

Tim is very engaging, confident and connected to the content and participants. He has a great sense of humour and ensures his participants are active, involved and contributing in their learning and development.
